24 Hour Recovery Connection Part 261
I'm in the same boat on having eaten too much today. Having a bit of a craving most of the evening, so I've snacked instead. I just poured a mix of grapefruit/seltzer water and sipping on it to avoid eating anymore tonight. It seems to be helping.
Anyway, I know hearing about my eating habits of the day can't be very exciting. Congrats again on your success. Enjoy your night, well deserved!

Funny, I am waiting till I feell less full to make room for ice cream tonight.
Well, the drink is just a 50/50 mix of seltzer water and grape juice that I pour into a wine glass. I like to fancy the juice mix up a bit by drinking out of a wine glass so I feel like I've really had something! Silly, but it seems to help. ;-)
Welcome to the 24's! My name is Red and I just hit my 60 days. Like your tag line a lot.
Oh my goodness! I won't even mention the three mini ice cream cones I've had today. Thankful they were mini ones, but along with everything else today, I'm pretty past satisfied food-wise.

I'm being tested though - here we come to this nice rental place and the owner thinks he's being nice for leaving a bottle of wine and fridge stocked with beer. I filled the whole wine rack with Pellegrino bottles, tee hee.
I think you'll enjoy the drink! I like it. I dilute the juice with the seltzer water to give it a little fizz and also to cut down on the calories of the juice. It's tasty! Would love to hear of any concoctions you come up with that I might like to try, too!
Yay, milestoners!!

Well, I just had a revelation . I posted yesterday about how I'd been in a foul mood and the AV had made a brief appearance, etc. Then, a few minutes ago, it occurred to me-
' Girl, this is one of your depressive episodes.'
Duh
Of course, in true depressive fashion, I ask myself why in the world I should be depressed and what a horrible ingrate I am. And then I realize, once again, they call it *clinical* depression for a reason.
So here I am, grateful to be around people who can understand this kind of struggle.
Thanks guys!!
24 more hours please.
