Checking in for 24 hours. Yesterday did not end well. I vented all my frustrations though strangely wasnt angry. It has been building up for a very long time. But I knew beforehand it was pointless as the message will never get absorbed. That's what life is like dealing with someone who has a disorder. I am not feeling sad or remorseful as I still feel the air needed to be cleared. Oh well, this too shall pass.

14yr old with alcoholic mother
I am 14 I have had a very rough past my parents have broken up my mom got with this older man who later raped me then my mom turned into a alcoholic when she would get drunk I would have to take care of my 10 yr old brother and my mom who at the time acted like a 7 yr old this was a responsibility that no 8 yr old should have to do this went on for around 5 yrs she finally realized it and promised me that she would stop and that she would not drink so that her and I's relationship would get better after around 3 months she relapsed on Christmas Eve then tried to lie to me saying that she wasn't drunk then she got better and was sober for around 6 months u

Hi and welcome Sydney - thats a lot for anyone to deal with let alone a 14 yo.
What I'm going to do is make you your own thread in the main forum so you'll get more response.

I am so very sorry that you are going through this, especially at such a young age.
