Mags - I'm glad you were able to bring your attack under control. Scary stuff. I admire the way you accept your asthma and deal with it.
Itchy - I know what you mean about isolating a bit when stressed or worried. I'm the same. My kids' babysitter, who is also in the program, liberally shares her ups and downs with me every day. I think she trusts me because I'm a fellow alcoholic. Dunno. I find it healthy for me to listen to someone else's issues.
Kris - I hope it all works out for you.
Toots - Good luck getting everything to Spain!
Saskia - We had a big blizzard yesterday complete with "thundersnow," which was a new one for me. Everything looks pretty with a fresh coat of snow.
Fbl - Hope your new work project is going well.
PJ - Thanks for all the celebratory emojis. Very sweet. Sounds like you're doing some solid living in the moment and enjoying some nice weather.
IP - Is the job better or was that a one day aberration? My friend at work currently has the most uninspired boss ever, who sets a negative tone day after day after day. I know it's difficult.

Guess what? Everyone's congrats made me smile. It means a lot to me.
Today I got a taste of what it's like to be Dee. I had to moderate a help chat where participants were commiserating about some issues we're facing instead of using the chat for its intended purposes. I must have have used one of Dee's lines because I was thinking of him in the middle of my work day.
That speaks a lot to me of the type of community we build here.

Glee, thanks, I've learned to keep calm, panic and stress can make the asthma worse. I don't know what sort of mess I would have been if I'd still been drinking, thank goodness. I'm pleased you were able to help someone, I know what you mean, about the community here. It's amazing.x

Amazing to think that we drank wine (I think that was your drink, but maybe not). I did, boatloads of chardonnay, and that is a KILLER for people with asthma and allergies.

Today we will be packing the trailer. We need a Tetrus expert. And a marriage counsellor on speed dial. 
Molly is Velcro mutt, she doesn't know what is happening - only that something is.
Hope those with snow are doing okay, we had a scatter here but nothing to stop us getting around. Bloody cold though, winds from syberia or feels like. Gets right up the Kyber!
