I have a tendency to stuff down my anger/ frustration/ resentment/ etc rather than voice it. Well, then I wait too long and explode. Alcohol clearly made this worse, and I said stuff I otherwise never would have said. My husband said I can be very mean. Yes, I know… but generally not when sober. Yet another reason to work on that. My son was my main driving force, but my marriage has suffered as well.
It's a 2 way street though, and a vicious cycle. We made a deal to both try harder to work on our respective shortcomings. Divorce isn't always the answer… if the core issues aren't dealt with, the problems just continue into the next relationship[s].

Well, I'm currently strapped up to a bunch of electrodes and wires. Sexxxy… NOT! I told the nurse I feel like the bionic woman. She said 'uh, more like a Xmas tree'. Whaaah!

My diet is still out of control and I have to be in a bathing suit in one month. And I DON'T CARE! This time, I am not worrying about it. I just had the most fabulous piece of ice cream cake last night....and the previous three nights too.
I am going to work harder on that front after I hit 60 days!

Been married almost 13
years. My parents split up at ~ 20 years. OOTT: coffee isn't so bad. Just try not to exceed 3 cups a day -- well, that's my rule, anyway. And yes, I've been drinking more caffeine. I also bought a ton of herbal teas. I think that it helps psychologically… I'm drinking something [habit], but it's a lot healthier!

Funny thing..I have no sugar cravings this time round
