This is perfectly normal LB :-)

I know it's harder for you as you have a little one always needing your attention.

As I was detoxing at my friends house at Gawler River I just did what my body told me to do. You don't have this luxury but it can be done. When you need to sleep do it when Abby has her naps. You nap too. Do NOTHING else.

If you can't sleep , just go to bed and read or watch a movie. Stay still and calm.

Drink lots of water .

The main thing is & this is really important . Do not feel guilty or like you should be doing something else.

If Mums not good, no ones good.

This is a time where you have to be totally honest with your husband and tell him what you need from him whilst you are in this process. He may not understand it, but he sounds like a good guy so I'm sure he will help you.

Have an early night every night for at least 2 weeks. If you are in bed early you won't want to drink. I went to bed at 3 pm some days and stayed there til morning. It really saved me from going into all nighters.

You know your patterns and trigger times, so be aware of them.

Post, post, post . Let us help you through this. One of us Julyers is always here due to our different times across the ocean.

We really want this for you & I think your time is NOW. I truly do. You know you can't do this any longer. I know you're sick and tired of being sick and tired of hangovers .

The girls need ALL of their beautiful Mum. You need to live for today Hun , cos none of us know if we have a tomorrow.

Please do this for YOU , for Abby & your other darling ,precious girl & your hubby. Let's get all of the lovely you back 100%
