As I just mentioned to someone I can feel a dark cloud descending. Geez I hate that emotional roller coaster. That's why I asked you how long it took for you to feel 'normal'.

I'm not at all tempted to drink right now, but my brain can't imagine never drinking again, and my brain wonders if I'm really happier sober.

I learnt you have to let go of a lot of things to keep your sobriety . Some days it hurts more than others . I know what you mean about FB I hardly go on any more . A lot of my family's on there , they all know I quit ( had a problem ) they post there drinks pic's - parties they are in ... Unreal
Makes me Crazy sometimes . Then I surf for Sober pic's online , to show them look what can happen !! I never have posted them yet Soooon LOL

It's ......." Seems pretty unlikely to me. Or am I missing something? Is it more about WHAT you say that might be a problem? I want to hear everyone's voices. I could never envisage myself not drinking either but I continued to stay sober and I changed. I had to - I was dealing with so much stuff sober - actively dealing with it, not running away - you can't help but grow.

It's a bona fide miracle, but it's one that's available for each of us I think.

I think on on my 4th week of generic Cymbalta. It seems to be helping. Doc said 4-8 weeks. I guess if it wasn't working I wouldn't be posting here.

Yes I must agree Dee - Franks been posting more , some days you just need to relax do nothing but Take deep breaths . Hope the next day will be easier
