I will say this in my defense though. While it's true, I am an arguer extraordinaire when I'm convinced I'm right (but usually am not), I frequently apologise, and have no problem doing so.

Aw shucks, thanks for the warm welcome. I have some catching up to do...where is everyone from? I was raised in London and now in the states...raising my girls, single mum off the coast of Massachusetts. I'm a smidgen over the year mark of sobriety and also have periodic bouts of insomnia where I have been known to cruise threads like this for like minded folks. You all have a wonderful way with each other.

Seriously though, even though I could not do it myself and stay sober, there seem to be some people who live with drinkers and are okay with it. I think I could do what Nest is doing okay too. Surely if a person is a real honey, you love them, and you're not being triggered because they are respecting your boundaries, splitting up is not imperative(?)

Jane we all kind of made a pack of sorts . You have to be or thing you are Crazy, Weird .. I think daffy blond was in there too < but I tossed that in about myself It's ok mine comes from a bottle LOL

Well, as noses grow longer as we age, especially on men, I do believe its fair to use noses as singular noun vs nose in those over 60 y/o. Such as Frank here

I'm in New Zealand. Just over one year of sobriety is amazing!! Nest is into her second year, and Venecia has several under her belt, I think.

Another reason why I hanging with my man friend is , he did put up with all my Crazy drunkin crap before I quit . He's the happy go lucky type . He's 12 years older than me , there's no hanky panky we are just companions . "Honest" Frank LOL .. I'm close too his children & they are to me . It's just fits at this time in my life SWEET ha ?
