Here for a sober day. Feeling rather disconnected lately...Scary really...Because i know this god awful head space/thinking all too well.

Time to adjust...Didn't drink last week...But didn't make any meetings either. Missed a few days of posting on SR as well.

Guess you could call this...Awareness. Glad to be sober today.

I'm not drinking today. That's my goal.
