Huh??? Really??? I don't ever track my time. LOL! I've had months and months. . .then a few days of pity party hell. Through those few hell times, though, I've learned what the triggers are and now have a new plan, made more changes.

It's all about the journey, and I'm ready not to live in fear of another relapse. I'm reaching for the future and LIFE!!!

I went to my first sober concert ( saw gypsy kings ) I have a good time but it look like at the end it brought some emotions like missing my ex wife and I saw a dog show and that make me sad for my dogs. But over all I was ok I don't even felt like getting drunk.

Just for today I will stay sober and drug free.
