Hi all! Day 27 here and feeling pretty good! I will take this for the blessing that it is.
Much love and strength to all of those who are working on their sobriety, and also special thoughts to all of those struggling with family/life issues.
3:17 pm in super sunny Southern California and I'm ecstatic to sign in for 24 hours of sobriety today.

Very pleasant weather in my slice of California, surf's up too, nice south facing swell. Some 8' - 6' waves. A bit dangerous for novelist.
Doing good and very willing to continue sober/clean life ODAAT

This week’s for the birds. New York City and its immediate area is actually a great place to see birds, especially waterfowl but others as well. The day before yesterday I saw several Great Blue Herons wading near the shore of the lower Hudson River from the train to Poughkeepsie.
Don’t quit ‘til you’ve seen every kind of bird!
