I'm going to ask my doctor this week if he can recommend some type of treatment program for me I thought I could do it on my own but apparently not my company will pay for it wish me luck

Hmmm, I am sitting in the office at the end of the day and there is no one left. I know there are literally crates of beer in the fridge (well, it is Oz). I could drink myself silly if I wanted to and no one would ever know.

Very stormy here last night did not sleep to good. going to my spinning class now and then of visiting. Having a weekend away on the 17th of October with hubby and all I could think of last night was would'nt it be nice to have a glass of shiraz with my dinner."glass yeah right" bottle, Jesus these thoughts
are a torture when they kick in. Anyhow will have another sober day today. Best wishes everyone.

Black - I know how you feel re: lack of sleep and the storm - must admit I like a good thunderstorm, but not when it leaves me grumpy after 4 hours sleep 
We tend to think of alcohol as the 'glass of vino in front of a nice log fire' but the truth is, it would be a bottle or more, collapsing in heap and feeling like crap for days.
