Hi Capt. and Scaredykat..... I am doing the best I can each day... taking one day at a time for now......
Rough knowing you are Cancer Free for now and waiting to hear the cancer has returned.... not something I want to hear right now.... just don't want to hear the cancer has come back......... I would accept it for what it is worth.... sometimes when they take a tumor out of a persons head... it means something.... especially when you have had a stroke and can't talk... but that is over for now with months of therapy and much more...... it took 1 yr and 3 weeks.... to get through all this ....
Words for thought just for today....
RECOVERY....
THOUGHTS FOR TODAY....AND ONLY FOR TODAY...
GRATEFUL....
These are the only words I can think of for now....... have a good day...

lots of faith.....
big confidence...
these thoughts for the day will be something..... just think about it while walking your walk and getting that fresh air.... we all need fresh air and to walk the beach if we all can for the moment....

LOTS OF MOUNTAIN CLIMBS..... TAKING IT EASY GOING UP..
POSITIVE THOUGHTS....
POWERLESSNESS...
HOPE...
CONCERSN..
For the most part this is the one time you can take that peaceful walk outside.... or along the beach.... if walking along the beach look for that special shell ...
Take time if you go on a walk outside... you might want to stop in the park and just watch the kids play... or kick a ball around.. just enjoy the sunshine..

wonder what happens in your life in recovery?
We all do and that is why I try to post words for thought..... and today there are a couple more words for thought.......
POWERLESSNESS....

There are times when we all need some help and this is the time to make a difference and pick some words..... or all the words to work on..
Go on a walk and think about these words while walking... take your time if you have the time to just walk slow....
find a Teddy Bear or special animal that you might take with you for comfort.... or find that special stuffed animal to take in a meeting with you... this is a special animal to clutch on to during hard times..

end of the day and a good time as ever to post some words.......

I picked these words to keep you all calm if you can be that way..... or not... maybe you can try to be the good self you need to be just for today.......

Mountain climbing is no trick... just keep that one step in front of the other and you are on your way..... just watch out for the moving bolders on the way up.... you wouldn't want to slip back down to the bottom ...... so be careful ........and watch out....
Sailing a safe ship means so much to all of us... so keep up the good work as safe as you can... good luck...

Hi Dee,
I was unable to update my location Poway, CA due to probably user inability to follow or understand instructions...I'm almost 69 years and losing my grip on the technological advances. I hope I don't lose SR access when you Clean House. Just letting you know and thanks for all you do for SR. God Bless!
