wonder what happens in your life in recovery?
We all do and that is why I try to post words for thought..... and today there are a couple more words for thought.......
POWERLESSNESS....
TRUST.....
CONFRONTATION...
PRAYER.....
There are times when we all need some help and this is the time to make a difference and pick some words..... or all the words to work on..
Go on a walk and think about these words while walking... take your time if you have the time to just walk slow....
find a Teddy Bear or special animal that you might take with you for comfort.... or find that special stuffed animal to take in a meeting with you... this is a special animal to clutch on to during hard times..
