Today we ought to keep smiling and moving forward ..... this is no time to feel bad about yourself..... we all need to move forward just for today....
Keep one foot in front of the other .......
Mountain climbing is no trick... just keep that one step in front of the other and you are on your way..... just watch out for the moving bolders on the way up.... you wouldn't want to slip back down to the bottom ...... so be careful ........and watch out....
