thinking about words for the day..... and only came up with this one and only one.......
ONE DAY AT A TIME.......
couldn't come up with anything else...... sort of ran out of things to say for the day....
but meditation is another good one and we could think about the ONE DAY AT A TIME... as that would be a good one to think about........

PRAYERS....... JUST FOR TODAY...
I thought this was a good one as we all need the prayers.... and some more than others...
Be at peace with those around you and make a difference to the next person.. we all need a little kindness at this time for sure..

SERENITY....
ELEVENTH STEP PRAYER.....

THIRD STEP PRAYER....
ONE DAY AT A TIME.....
I think you can pick the one you want to work on for the day...... this is super bowl day for all those football players...... so pick your team and move forward...... especially if you don't have a team .... you really like in this mess.....
Ok..... today I am thinking about my life and what I wanted to do for the day.... I will say the serenity prayer myself..... this is my choice....

Hugs are good for all of us no matter how you feel ...... really?
I think we all need that one HUG....
*Find that one BEAR you can purchase just for today.... if you didn't have one...... this could be your one HUG for the day to help get yourself through the tough times..... We all have those tough times we need to get ourselves out of....

Valentine's Day is almost here...... maybe a Teddy Bear would be good for yourself or someone else......

LOVING FORGIVENESS...
i think that there is one or two words that you can pick from this pile of words.....
Loving forgiveness is one that I have chosen... and Trust..... these two go together for sure.... as forgiveness and trust are important to me...
I remember when there are times that I just don't forgive those I live with most of the time.... and there are days that I can't do enough. Trust is the next best thing... we all need TRUST...

SELF CONTROL OF OUT ADDICTION WORLD NEEDS TO BE MORE IN TUNE WITH THE REST OF OUR SELF.... BUT THERE MUST BE MORE IN THE ATTIC... THE DARK ATTIC WHERE THE SPIDERS ARE SNEAKING AROUND.... BEWARE....

Been thinking really hard about what words to do for today.....
GRATITUDE
REWARDS
PRAYER
These words are good for the day I think..... and mean more than you really think in your days that may have been in Jail... but Jail is a big word for most of us today... so don't look back at the detox days you may have ........
instead look at today..... look to the day you have today... sober...this is the most important day.....

I am here just for the moment... and to let you know that there is no end to this day...
Yes.... there is no end to the beautiful day no matter how cold it may be .... for those that are frozen.... on the other side of this world outside California..... have faith and know that it will warm up and be summer / spring.....
this day will pass and move forward.....
just like today.... this too will pass and make time for the warm days to come..... and the rain for that matter.....
Have faith and know that the next day will be better....
I have a dream that the sunshine will come to those that don't have one..... and so much more.....
Make a wish and know that it does take time.... to come true... Yes... this day will come to a close...
and the spiders will hide in the corners..... and some day go away....

Been hiding out with daughter.... she turned the BIG 14.... and had 4 guests over with 3 staying overnight....... WOW!!!

RELAXATION.....

All of these are much needed after a house full of TEENS..... and yes... one staying till 5pm sunday night.... but that is ok with me....
I am going to just take it easy today..... as this is sunday.... a day of rest.... and let my Hubby do breakfast.... YES... HE will do breakfast....
