Well made it thru the evening. I watched some tv shows and did a little homework. Ending the day sober is so much more relaxing and nice then drinking. Now if I can just remind myself of that the next time the cravings hit.

Well it's a little before 8 and I might just have to focus on an hour at a time to get thru the day today. I think I have more trouble getting thru weekends. I will be starting the morning with some tea. I just woke up from a drinking dream and kinda tripped me out for a sec.
