Teaching at 5:45am tomorrow so I'm going to eat some pizza and lay down and watch a Dexter re run. Dexter is my lullaby. I know, I know

Kids winter concert tomorrow night. I need to find the ear plugs. Detention Boy has a few sax solos though... he's pretty good. And little demon is good with the bells (xylophone thingy) so that's all I can tolerate.

I see my counselor today and am not looking forward to 'fessing up to her. She'll be disappointed, but not as disappointed as I am in myself. At least I'm starting over again and not still drinking. Lots of other (family) problems to discuss with her. An hour won't be long enough but it will have to do.

Keep is easy... say what you need to and discuss what's most important. If the slip is what needs addressing then spend some time with it. Family stuff always seems to happen doesn't it

Coffee, shower, taking a yoga class. Nap, eat... teaching a new class this evening at a new studio. Well... the studio isn't new but I am new to the studio.Might stay for the class right after mine. So I'll get home close to 10pm!

Thanks for the hugs Leasty. I'm happy you had a good session and you have trust in your counselor. Trust is important so that you can share honestly.

Good morning Bottom dwellers! (((hugs))) to everyone and I hope you all are feeling good on this Thursday morning. I'm hoping it warms up a bit here so I can walk the dogs this afternoon. It's been too cold to walk them for almost a week and they're getting 'cabin fever', not to mention lacking their necessary daily exercise.
Doggie day care for my neighbor's dogs today, and everyday. They are wanting to find a new home for the dogs but that may be difficult as they want to adopt their new dogs to a new home together as they are best friends and separation will not be good for them. If I had more money and more energy I'd take them, but I really can't handle more than two dogs.

Thank you button to you too Least. I hope it warms for the dogs and it's probably good for you to get out for a walk too. Fresh air, clear your head etc.We're supposed to get snow tonight. I dislike snow but am hoping for enough so that I can stay in bed on a Saturday instead of getting out of it and driving to teach a power class. I need some rest too!

We got a dusting of snow on the grass here in Ohio. Supposed to be light snow today but I can live with that. Got a little walk in with the dogs yesterday. It felt good to get out and walk.
