Hope everyone had a merry Christmas and happy new year...
Been away for a while.. work has been very demanding and home life has been wonderful.. Made three years in Nov...could not have done it alone/let go...

I overslept..woke up at 10am....nauseuous and cranky....-5 with windchill and colder weather coming

gotta go do my meditation...hope it changes my attitude

I'm still depressed and missing college kid, who just went back to school. Lonely lonely lonely. Feel like my life is so empty, without purpose. I'm hanging on, but just barely...

You have people that care about you and the dogs... they need you so don't go isolating.Missing the kid is understandable. Keep taking care of YOU though . Hang in there least. It will pass.

Can't concentrate on anything just now. Getting ready to go to a memorial service for a member of my church. After that have to take dk shopping. Ugh. I'd rather do anything than go shopping with any of my kids.

I'll be glad to get home tonight and be able to do nothing and go nowhere. Just relax.
