I'm so sorry you're in such pain, is it in any way possible it could be a kidney infection? I had one once and the main symptom was lower back pain. Are there any free clinics or any way you can qualify for medic aid? Are you running a fever? Any headaches with it?
Can you ask your counselor if she knows some place that might help?
Please know I'm sending good thoughts your way. Also, have you tried any of those stick on heating pads? Walgreens was having a great sale on them this week. They last about 8 hours and stay good and hot.

My doctor's office has free medical care for low income people like me. I made an appt for this afternoon and will be seeing the financial counselor before the appt. I just can't stand this pain and not being able to do anything. I've been putting my heating pad on it since I got up and it feels slightly better.

today's nice gesture - maths joke :
all the functions were havin a party polynomial function trig functions were havin awesome fun....the exponential function was all alone in the corner & looked sad so sin & cos went ovr & said dude come integrate wit us & the exponential function said "y? integrating or not its all the same 2 me."
