Wait and see what the doc says. Make sure you relate all symptoms (mood swings..

and your past..hallucinations, etc,.) You can say a friend has used Desyrel for

sleep with sucess. But the doctor might want to prescribe something else

that will contraindicate this. OK?

*I* was/ am on a really high dose 300mg and cutting down slowly.
*I* get withdrawls from it - regardless if they tell me its non addictive.
Eventually I want to switch to melatonin or nothing. It kix ax.

What did people do before all these stupid meds.
