Hi Dee, thank you for the link, that made very interesting reading!!!

I am very slack with my eating, I haven't changed my eating habits much at all from when I was drinking, I am finding it very hard to stay focused and stick to eating properly, and it dosen't help that I'm pretty little to begin with.

After reading that article I am going to try really really hard to start eating better and cut out the coffee, I only eat once a day (a proper meal) sometimes only every second day. The rest of the time it's half a bag of chips/crisps & a glass of coke, not good at all.

So tomorrow I will not have 3 cups of coffee for breakfast, I will have one, and a glass of juice and some cereal instead. I need to commit to this as I know that it takes at least 3 weeks to create new habits.

It may or may not be PAWS, but eating properly and starting to excercise a little certainly can't hurt. I just have to battle away at it, as some days, I feel so nauseous and overwhelmingly tired and sore that even going to the loo is an enormous effort!!! But I will try

Your diet would kill me. . .

I think sticking to a sound eating program for a month or two and seeing what changes is a great idea.

I did it lol, it may have taken me until 11 am, but I did have cereal with dried fruit and yoghurt for breakfast yayyyyyy.

Hey Guys! Just checking in =) So nice to see you again FK!!!!! Man, there must be a health bug going around, I started Zumba classes this week. AND I've lost 10lbs in the last month =) I'm also going to my first ever college football game on Saturday. Hubby surprised me with tickets and I cannot wait! I might faint being that close to Tim Tebow (Florida Gator).

I'm so sorry I haven't responded to all the posts. Hubby has been home and I've been soaking up every second with him =) I swear even after 15 years together that Man makes me weak in the knees.

I am sick without too many symptoms I guess. I have had a small but bothersome cough for weeks. My pee smells funny and is barely flowing (sorry :P) and now I am super tired and have body aches everywhere.

Can't afford to take off work, can't see the doctor until they approve my insurance transfer up here, which is suppose to be by friday.


I had every intention of catching up and posting lots on the forums this weekend, and alls I have done is lay in bed!

Today has just not been a good day. I'm exhausted, hungry, lonely as hell with Hubby gone. I also just read that Patrick Swayze died. I realize he's a celebrity and I don't know the man, but I fell in love with him when I was 10 years old and saw him for the first time in Dirty Dancing. I'm seriously crying like a dork over here as if someone I knew had passed. WTF is going on with me today? And it hasn't been all day, this started this afternoon!

Omg warren rent it this weekend!

I am worn out. I have nice vacation plans this weekend, and was going to work til friday afternoon, then rush to take a train or fight traffic to san diego. I have decided to ask my boss for friday off. I dont get paid for it, and that will hurt come rent day, but I am just exhausted.

Hey Guys~ The Baby is a little better, fever stayed below 102 all day which is great for her! Hubby and I both went to the Doc to get medication as a preventative measure and will take our Son as well. I'm not taking any chances! Call me paranoid but I don't want to pass it around from one of us to the other!

Off to have a late dinner and check on the Baby...yeah I know she's not a baby anymore but she's *my* baby! lol

That's great news Warren. I have a friend here in Houston that decided it was time to build the "Mansion" and still hasn't sold their original home. It has been on the market over a year now.

All is well here, my next adventure is the Turks & Caicos this upcoming weekend.

I didn't get my usual photos on this past trip to the Dry Tortugas a couple weeks ago. But there are a couple in there to share.

checking in! Long day at work today, needed the money, but the meetings with "the suits" was just about more than I could do hahah.

You know, when I first got sober I read stuff about how we are emotionally the age we started using, for 14 for me. I thought "holy cow, maybe thats why I am such a rebel and its time to grow up now".

But I just hate bs coming from people of authority, hate it!!

and, I love punk rock, so I guess there is no hope=)
