spill it Charles!
I am back, and tired from my trip. I posted a couple of photos in the photo thread, more to follow. On drinking: Vegas was a little weird, but not too big a deal. We went to see Zumanity which was fantastic. On Yellowstone: Uhg. My S.O. was working his butt off to make sure I had fun,and I felt like a fraud. No spiritual moments, just lots of introspection and struggling with my codie stuff and bs. I may tell more later, I'm pretty out of it right now. I took 1/2 tab of an over the counter sleep med last night and they give me the worst hang overs! How was the appointment yesterday Jess? Warren I'm glad you had a nice visit and your dad is doing so well.

Hey gang. My story isn't all that interesting. The cruise was fantastic and Alaska was over the top beautiful.
It was my first "dry" cruise though and I really did enjoy myself. I did 3 spinning classes on the ship to keep my mental self in check.
The last night we were there we were treated by the ship to dine in their fancy roof top restaurant. We were allowed up to one $100 bottle of wine. When it was time to select, my mom told the sommelier to pick it. When she opened it and offered up the first taste I declined and she said "even if you don't drink, a little taste won't hurt you."
Oh my, if she only knew. We all looked at each other and laughed a little at the moment.

Well the class of December are all coming up to six months or are already at six months so I wanted to drop in and say congratulations to each of you as your date reaches. We hold the same principle that relapsing is not an option and it seems to have served us all well so far.
Keep up the good work. You have done it as a class and you should all be proud of yourselves and each other.

What is an OS sober date?
Ya, you guys rock, my 6 months is at the veeeeeery end hahah, I was always the slow kid in this class!! I am in the middle of a lovely life **** storm at the moment, and I keep stepping out of myself for a minute to "appreciate" all of the emotions sober. Very strange.

Hey friends
Just have a quick minute.. we have a few showings today so I have to stay outta here and off the computer obviously.
Things are great here.. into my second trimester. I think my energy is coming back a bit, that fatigue was disabling. I could seriously just crawl in the house after work sometimes, not even seeing straight.. crazy.
The NT scan ended up perfect, we saw the lil bug flopping around, kicking and punching, it was so funny! Very bizarre to think that cute little thing is in me. Bout 3 inches long now, and is fully formed.. all organs, bones, skin, even fingernails and tastebuds are done.. now its just grow time.
Here's pic of him/her (I'm pretty sure it's a her.. ), she's facing you and waving her little hand at you. Kinda freaked me out when it happened live, lemme tell ya! (the head is on the right, her hand is just a little mess of bones above the side of her head..)
Here's another one, it's clearer;

Hey guys, hope you had great weekends!
I forgot to share a couple of photos with you (Warren, will you EVER? lol) from last weekend, we went hiking at Red Rocks (for any avid concert goers, it's the coolest concert venue EVER, if you ever come to colorado, you have to check it out (music or just hiking). Welcome to Red Rocks
Here's a couple of pics of me and my lil baby Kyla (ok, she's a 6 year old baby, but still!)
Me with Kyla and Sebastian;
Just red rocks (the path to your seats if you're going to a concert, you can see the handrail at the bottom left);
Have a great week!!!!

Flutter - last year when I rode my motorcycle through your state, I based out of Denver and made sure I got to Red Rocks.
Here me posing (using a tripod) at Red Rocks on my rental bike.
I'll be back this year, but we are basing out of Colorado Springs this year.

I'm getting antsy as I get closer to leaving for my next adventure. I'm going on a dive boat for a week around the Cayman Islands. I love this style of diving, but this will be another first on a dive trip on a boat with all you can drink included.
I'll be fine, but it will probably make me go to bed earlier than normal as people's buzzes ramp up.
