In a few words to Stoneys Defense.
I needed lots of sleep ! I still take naps when needed and possible.
If Im Tired - I sleep
If Im Hungry - I eat
If Im thirsty - I drink water or something good for me(other than in the AM w coffee.)
If Im lonely or bored I call some one or go to a meeting.
If Im upset, scared, lonely,etc. I talk about it to another alkie/addict like myself.
Its pretty simple.

Morning Stone. not lots of rain here..............but the weather IO loves!! when you look out it looks like its not raining but somehow you get soaked because its that bloody fine rain!!!

Glad you woke up in a fairly decent mood....why are you waiting on a headache??......you will get one now!!....nag, nag ,nag ,nag ........
You remind me of the way I used to be in early soberity. I started to have good days and the were so alien to me I was always looking over my shoulder for the axe to fall. Old habits die hard.

"That rain is very wet", is such an Irish-ism, lol.
I am waiting for the headache cos I have been getting them everyday and I can feel it "hovering".
I tried on my "new" glasses today and they still freak me out, I am getting "new new" ones, this time from a reputable Opticians rather than the Specsave bastards.
I am not convinced that the old glasses I am wearing are the cause of the headaches but as they are not a recent prescription it is wise to rule it out by getting new ones.
Don't know what to do today, no daytime meetings available, I will phone a couple of people and do some yoga and meditation and if the rain stops I will go out for a while.

I have a bad tummy ache and stayed home from work. It's pouring rain outside and looks quite wet.
Nelco that is a very feathery chicken! It's quite lovely! It almost looks like a show-chicken! Ours are quite ugly and half-plucked looking.

Rowan tell me/show me picture of those chickens....I may know them.
My chicken is in fact rooster and he is a silky rooster. At the moment I have him breeding with white ones just like him. I want to see what colour the chicks will be.
