Oh, there has been a serious lack of donkey around here... welcome back Wonky! Your social drinking experiments are legendary.

Went to the funeral this afternoon. There was an open bar there which I was not expecting! It's cool, I just stuck with my coke, not that the addict voice didn't try to make itself heard about how I should take advantage of the free alcohol. Luckily I resisted and therefore did not make a fool out of myself, shag any lodgers, or the like. Phew!

Just to make that slightly more impressive, I don't mean open bar at the reception after the funeral, I mean open bar AT THE FUNERAL. Which lasted for THREE COKE-DRINKING HOURS.
