My aide got me up at 8:00 a.m., so I could go down to the Activities Room to make motzah pancakes for Fat Tuesday...the kitchen made blueberry and chocolate chip ones. Everyone started coming in at 9:30, and we really chowed down. Not everyone was sure how they felt about the motzah pancakes, but at least it was a new experience for them.
I have no whines so far today...motzah pancakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!!

I FORGOT TODAY WAS FAT TUESDAY I HAVE TO GO TO THE BAKERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will make my kings cake though.....still sick as a dog, can hardly talk............wish it was easier on Edward though he is staying up all night watching me making sure I am still sleeping

Well...
The old fridge kicked backed into life..food was good two days ago and yesterday.
Last night..silence.
Mother up at six cooking everything in there again..sheeeeesh!
She went through sepsis, and ecoli last year., after surgery..
poor lady had to lern to walk again.
Not going to let her get salmonella!!!!!!!!
That stuff is going into the garbage!!!!!!
Sis is coming...
Out to Sears..or Lowes..or wherever.

Well my bags are packed and I am almost ready to go, scared a whole lot and at the same time cant wait to be back in my home town ( ok what I call my home town). More than anything I AM SO AT EASE WITH HE DRS....guess that helps me out a lot more than anything, first thing in the am I have a meeting to see if I eligable for a loan for the new business, say a prayer, then we get on the train headed south...........I have a crap load of people waiting for me to get down there, just wish my mom was well enough to make the trip.....I think she is guilt tripping my brother into being there....whining I guess because I am scared that it will be just me and Edward there and no one for him if something goes wroong with me......I so worry about him....guess that goes with love eh?
