foook......i made another mistake 
at least it was in my personal life and not work this time (sigh of relief).
you both know their is something you have to share that a newcomer needs, so at some point you will see that and post there.

This is true. It feels like we've been trying to get sober for approx. 100 years. We forget we don't really know what we're doing!!
And when we are sober, every day feels like a week, so we think we have loads of sober time - or is that just me.

I did try to post earlier but it crashed again.
Been to the Gym, well I swam, had a sauna Jacuzzi and used the steam room, there was a gym there I saw it.
I cant tell you enough how good I feel tonight, so worth the cravings

I'm going mental right now...but not feeling like drinking LOL...is that improvement.
I'm gonna go away so i can focus on work like i'm suppose to fro the next 1/2 hour...you guys go on to bed and i'll catch you in the morning

Did you do any actual exercise at the gym Pixy? It sounds like maybe not, just a lot of lolling about in hot water!
Really, we think we're bad at this, but I do feel we are moving in the right direction. Aeroplanes are off course 90% of their journey, but still land up in the right place because of constant adjustments made.
(I read that somewhere). We're a bit like the Red Arrows, us Class of November. Nands is the one who directs us, Fizzy is the instructor, CG is currently very much in the lead with allport, but we make a very fine rear end, us three!
