I have a head ache
I'm driving to work, worst that happens is I blow a hose half way there and at least then i'll have a more valid reason to be late....
My head hurts from coughing. I must be really over smoking cause i sound like one of those old drooling cafeteria ladies that last week...I hate it...the nicorete gum is packed in storage....will try to cut back.
Jiggy - keep checking in and post when you can. Wonkey and Pix...congrates on day 6 (I think the saying I cant we can fits here)
Fizzy - every time you make it through one of those real touch and go days...you are far more likely to be able to do it the next time...You are awsome you know...if yu didn't hit an occational bump I wouldn't know wht a good example you are!
CG...you are on a role of days now....When you are tempted to chuck it in and start over, remember how long it took to get to this many days...double it, and think about if you really want to struggle that along again to possibly get back to this amount of time again. That and that you might not make it at all.
LB- how was your meeting? Have you figured out Chat yet? We will have our girls night we are only waiting on you (hug)

Heading off to work now. Nands, you are right, today is day 40 and fook me it feels like I've been drifting around on an ark with a bunch of animals in a flood (no offense guys). Would not like to go through that again. Why the last few days have been so hard I will never know.
And you should put the d*mn cigarettes down... did you know that the woman who wrote "Drinking A Love Story" conquered an eating disorder and alcoholism and then died of lung cancer at age 42?

Its funny, Monday mornings just don't hold the grim fear they used to. Its purely because i'm using the weekends to get rest and not drink myself into a state .
Had so much family and friend shite to deal with in the last 24 hours but you simply cannot beat the feeling of having a clear head to deal with it.
Everything doesn't become peachy when you stop drinking, but at least by not drinking you give yourself the ability to deal with whatever it is
I can't believe its day 6 already. Best week off the drink ever, for the simple reason i'm accepting help. Turns out i'm not a buddha mule and might need a little bit of help!

it is a pumkin pixie...i just didn't want to make wonkey feel bad he can be sorta sensitive you know.
I think the gym is good.....Connie and I are gonna start walking instead of sitting in my house while I smoke away....We are still all on for a walk/run this spring right???
My head has never been properly sorted pix....
dont get caught on SR at work pix...believe me it isn't fun......don't need to go through that experience....
