ha, ha - I win!!!

It was really odd not having a computer at home last night. A bit like when you don't have a telly - we spoke to each other, lol!! It will be less harmonious when they want to go on MSN etc. (no-one phones anyone these days - like we used to when we wanted to know something from our mates).

LB xx

I've permanently got an attitude Pixy !!!!!!!!

Just turn it round, I always seem to be having crap days at work just now.

That just turns into a " I'm not drinking just because of them buggers " attitude.

It will get easier Pixy but it may never get easy !!!!!!!!

Once you get a bit of time in pride plays a part as well, I bet there's lots of people you know that don't think Pixy has got any chance of staying sober for any length of time.

Their probably talking about you saying how they don't think you can do it.

Wouldn't it be great just to show em !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fook me that was close.

Full on cravings, all consuming desire. That horrific feeling when you get caught up in a whirlwind.

No totally sure how I get through it, but I am through it. I won't drink now. The moments past. Closest i've come so far though.

Plus Wednesday got robbed by the scab nottingham wankers

Absolutely, Pixy!

Oh, how I hate the time differences between us... just got home from work and you're all in bed .

Had a good night's sleep and a decent day at work. Having some mad cravings for beer tonight. It's weird, this has happened to me before when I stay sober for this long... I don't even like beer but it's what I crave. All I can think about is a 40 of PBR. :wtf2

Going to try to do something productive and make that go away.

Morning all :ghug slept well, bit groggy this morning but nothing like a hangover.

I have to be careful today as the cravings were really bad yesterday. What makes it difficult is I still have to come home from work and do the normal things I have always done, these things are the reason I drank at that time of day so I am not able to do anything about it. (never thought about it like that before) suppose if I cant change the practical side of it then it's the attitude that must be addressed!! Mmmmm... thats a hard one.

CG your right the time difference sucks. Yur doing so well, apert from the cravings are you feeling better?

hey ho hey ho

Can't sleep....possibly the med change....

Well pix, maybe you can't chg the stuff a lot, but can you mix it up a little?

Brilliant advise...but i can't even think of an example other than change what time dinner is, sort poneys before or after..what ever is different than normal...

Don't know if the family would be willing, but possibly even trade chores...take on something different and have them pick up some of your duties...even trade...even if it's only for a few weeks.

Just a thought from someone who belongs in bed
