Tan - do you think it might just be the closing of the rehab thing, post Xmas blues?...normally for most of us idiots depression is situational...I'd get a professional opinion if it goes on too long or you're worried tho....

I think every single one of my alkie/addict buttons got pushed last night. I honestly tried to talk about it with the person is involved.
Fear, doubt, insecurity, hurt, anger, feeling less than, feeling disrespected, trust, my inability to deal w people in a healthy manner - my expectations of others(apparently).
I rely heavily on this person for rides, meetings and support. Its not the first time something like this has come up and caused these feelings.
I am just not having a good day at all.
I HATE this EFFIN DISEASE !!!
I can relate to what someone said about never being able to deal w the "downs". Today is one of them.

On the bright side.....an old college roomate that I had been forced to separate from due to MY drinking and using called me today. I had hooked up w them on FB.
Also, a dude from HS found me on FB and asked me to get in touch w him.
Mebby I will go see what they are billing as "The Dead" w these guys as I did "back in the day". They cant be as screwed up as I was/ am.

Hey Scott - sorry I'm not really available for calls over heah - I find the downs hard to deal with too - sometimes breathing and making gratitude lists aren't worth crap...so you just have to put my head down, trudge through and above all, don't use. Helping someone else sometimes helps me too, if you can get to that headspace.
