Ro, yes I went to the meeting. It was good, Paul was there yea.

BTW, I am at my 2 week binge cycle time and I am sober, I even went through the depression that normally leads to the drink.
I know it is early days but it is a small mile-stone and achievement...it has been easy, I haven't even thought of drinking (I know, be careful!).

Holy crackers! I just watched Season 7 Episode 1 of 24. I think this is prolly only the second or third time I have seen the show. My heart was pounding from the opening scene - and stayed elevated throughout. I shouldn't have watched it right before bed! I'll be biting my nails until I dl the next episode tomorrow night.

Useless factoid from #1 Newfie: Kiefer Sutherland went to school in Aurora, Ontario, at St. Andrew's College - a private boys' school. It's 10 minutes from where I work.

Useless observation from #1 Newfie: He also has weird ears.

I wear socks to bed cuz I'm cold but then I wake up frantically trying to drag them off with the toes from the opposite foot. Sweating by that point!

Work was brutal today. Pint-sized lawyer with a big yap had it out with three cops in the hallway of my office until 2 of my bosses intervened. Woulda been better with popcorn.
