Just a quick check in as I'm off to bed. Had some cravings today but they were thwarted by the storm, so that means I'm finishing day 7. We're supposed to get hit with a bigger storm tomorrow and Thursday... what happened to my lovely moderate Pacific NW climate?? It's supposed to be below freezing for over a week! I need that mad face but it's not on the quick pick list, darnit.

Starting to get cabin fever. I'll need to trek back to the store in the next day or two and I've had visions of wine bottles dancing in my head. Will have to put off the trip until those go away.

cabin fever is a biggie for me too - these days I make sure I have lots to do if I'm housebound, but in the early days I just had to remember dancing bottles would only make it worse for me...

I always thought the drinking kept you warmer but I've heard it lowers you body temperature and you freeze faster...so once again alchohol lies to us
