CBS - What a lovely picture - felt like I was there.
Alpine - I would've guessed you only had about 6-7 treatments. 10 is great. Progress. Will be so wonderful when this is over.
Free - Honey Crisp. I can smell that yummy bread. The Staff of Life. So it must be good for us, right?
Fearless - I should've read the 'won't respond to anything' comment a bit earlier. Maybe I'll start now.
Grateful for even more sun - but it's very cold.
Grateful it's baseball opening day.
Grateful taxes are done & we didn't owe.
Grateful I fought against a strong snacking urge.
Grateful for all who gather here.

Alpine -- love toasted english muffin with butter. My toaster oven works overtime sourdough, rye, dill, just to name some market goods.
Hevyn -- bread is wonderful. In the 1700's europe peasants would eat 6 or 7 lbs of bread a day. When the bread run out, heads of state lost their heads. Bread has history
CBS -- Here's my end of the bed work tray and model.

is in progress along with repairing other models that were caught up in the wreckage of my past. All good clean fun, I like it
Tursi -- giving of yourself is godly good stuff.
Fear --
Mr F made fresh pizza dough in the bread maker and the pizza turned out so delish
Nice
Free -- thats some snow there. The bread looks motherwarting
Alpine --
Mmmmmm bread. I am making garlic bread tonight for dinner.
I could eat entire dinner consisting on only garlic bread.

Grateful --

-- another sober drama free day.
-- for learning to love myself.
-- a 'can do 'attitude.
-- another day of life.
-- another day to celebrate life.
-- Grat Pack

That's surprising, is there a source for that information, Zencat?

Hey all

Way behind with my grats but checking in now

Grateful that the new diet / supplements seem to be paying off. Yesterday I felt better than I have in years. Today less so but seems to be moving in the right direction.

Grateful my uncle is finally out of the hospital and into his new place

Grateful for the NHS. It's not perfect but it's still pretty amazing

Grateful for a delicious, heathy dinner at my friend's house yesterday evening

Grateful to be sober, alive and breathing

Love to the GP

Grateful for all of you
Grateful for my sobriety
Zen, Mr A could eat an entire loaf of garlic bread too. I love the smell of bread cooking. When we went canoe camping last summer I brought in a baggie the ingredients for a bread that does not require kneading. We just added a bit of water and Mr. A put it in a small cast iron pot we have and put it into our fire pit. Yum. I will have to look around for a picture
Grateful our patio set was delivered and I "helped" Mr. A put it together..I looked at the directions then showed him..lol That's about as useful as I am right now..although I did make dinner.
Grateful to have another day of radiation done. Almost to the halfway point
Grateful to watch Riley pup stretch. He is so cute when he does it and I often say " Are you stretching, are you sretching...?" and he starts to wag his tail mid stretch

Grateful
-I’m not hungover and in an alcohol related stupor after being awakened at 12:15 a.m. Turns out it was RIGHT THEN that the city needed to do some work after a tree fell on some power lines so the transformer wouldn’t burn through. Or so the limbs wouldn’t burn through the line. Or some such. It was very late and they were telling me this because they had to turn off my power for what turned out to be 3 hours.
- for electricity and all the things it powers in my life
- for a nice meeting last night and hearing about a daily reprieve from unmanageability.
- for an excellent therapy session
- for beautiful delicious bread in nearly all its forms
- that my silly cat turned up this morning after I had what felt like an eternity of panicking because I couldn’t find him in any of his usual places
- for my mom and sister coming tomorrow. BTW I’ll try to mention again but it may be a challenge to post depending on what the morning routine ends up being. So I may be a bit sparse in coming several days. We’ll see
- for all of you.

I got the info from watching a history TV show. I did findsomeone referencing 3 lbs eaten daily before the French revolution. Now I'm thinking its 6 to 7 kilograms would be more accurate. The pound to kilo and that jazz messes me up all the time.

NL, grateful you have loving family coming
CBS, jelly about granddaughter, I can’t wait for mine to arrive (grandson)
Caramel, I found that bread was a main staple for the 18th century folk here and abroad, and because they weren’t desk jockeys like most of us are, the concentrated calories were a must for their survival doing their heavy physical labor
Zen, Jack, good to see you!
Alpine, lovely pic!
Fearless, glad you are in better spirits

Zen - Whatever you're working on looks complicated - but glad you're enjoying it. I'd gladly polish off 3 lbs. of bread a day.
Alpine - I know that man's expression all too well.
Jack - It's great that the supplements & healthier eating have helped. I'm so grateful we're not sick & miserable any more.
NL - My son is Cat Daddy to 4. Last week his white one was missing. They called him for half the day - until finally someone needed a towel - and there he was in the linen closet amongst the sheets & towels. Looking so very annoyed - like, 'how do you dare to disturb me?' They hadn't looked in there because the door was closed & they still can't figure out how he got in it.
Grateful for Friday, even though I don't work anymore - it's still special.
Grateful for 60 degrees until it plunges back down in the 20's.
Grateful for a red headed woodpecker dining on our suet.
Grateful it's Flip Day tomorrow - and April arrives!
Love to all.

Grateful for the time I got to spend with my dear friend Tierni. She has passed away unexpectedly. Like me, she was always grateful for another day sober.
