Grateful

I'm grateful for:
Getting some good sleep (and improving).
Not waking up in the middle of the night all sweaty and avoiding reasoning about why that was.
Sober Recovery. I don't post much, but see parts of myself in soo many posts by others.
Staring to have a clearer head.
Less beer = more $$.
Having less of a hard time staying sober than what I've read.
69 days sober.
An improving heart condition (a-fib). Steadily decreasing BP and heart rate. (now starting to be more frequently in the 80s than 90s or 100s).

Now if I can just convince my body that it doesn't really need to replace all those carbs from beer with crap...

Congrats on 69 days!

I relied heavily on ice cream, but I hardly touch it anymore, those carb/sugar cravings can get under control eventually.

It sounds like you’re doing great!
