I’m grateful for 45 days sober and alive after my last fiasco. I truly wouldn’t want to die drunk from a fall.
I’m grateful that my sponsor said some hard truths that are helping turn my rotten attitude around tonight.
I’m grateful for SR and all of you.

Sleep well all.

I'm glad you're here, valentine.
BKA, enjoy your trip!
Astro, I'm glad you have such wonderful connections with your family and mens group.

I'm grateful for the grace that one of my veterans has shown this week after our housing plan completely fell to pieces yesterday. I've been stressing about it for weeks and now we are back to square one. It's a complete mess and he's been calm and responsive and more proactive than ever. I'm profoundly grateful for that. I'm grateful to have found another possibly option. I'm grateful that my anxiety is somehow way less. I'm grateful to get a jog in this morning. First in a long time. It was nice. Grateful for a few warmer days. Grateful that I don't have class this week. Hope our other regulars are doing ok!

Grateful for the great food and medical care at a hospital and at a rehab place. Grateful for all the employees at both places for giving more than 100%. When I went home all the managers came to the front door to 'see me off' . It was a lovely sendoff.

least, I'm glad you received good care and that you're back here at "home"

Good to see you here Valentine!

Grateful to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary yesterday, we'll go out for a dinner tonight and we're doing a road trip to a mountaintop yurt this weekend.
Grateful for an active week but no side work so I'm getting rested up too.

Grateful that I was given money in my paypal account and was able to buy wrist/ankle weights and a set of 2 lb dumbbells. Now I can follow the home exercise program I got from OT and PT. They hope I could get weights so make the exercises more for strength. . I have the sheets of the exercises they gave me and an eager to start on my home program. My home health PT will be delighted that I am working out at home to build strength and endurance. .

That is impressive least. I would have to start with soup cans for weights I’m afraid. You are inspiring!

I was happy to go back under the covers for more sleep this morning after waking up early. It felt very good and I wasn’t at all disappointed with myself. I just might do it again tomorrow.

My son suggested I go to his place to babysit and I took him up on it this afternoon. I got a break from my daughter and was out of her hair also.

I’m grateful I had a good day with no grand expectations.

Sleep well everyone.

I neglected last night's gratitude so this is a Get-Out-of-Bed-Time gratitude

I'm grateful for
- my girlfriend taking the day off
- going shopping for supplies to make Halloween themed Fascinators for a wedding
- working with my girlfriend in her garden to dig up iris
-good dinner with a couple friends

I'm also grateful this morning that my train is late so I don't have to get up and going quite so soon.

Have a lovely Friday all.

Grateful for a pleasant Saturday, beginning with the home health nurse coming to change my dressing. I didn't know they. worked on Saturday and was surprised at how far they go to retain good customers. . Grateful that the ho me health agency let me keep the same workers I had before. . I have one main nurse and two other subs, one of whom is one of the bosses. Felix, my PT will be so happy with me for having exercise equipment now and using it faithfully. . That will make Felix happy. I am going to see him Wed at noon and will show him my whole routine I got from Cedar Crest and ask him if he has any I don't have and to write them on the back of my exercise sheets. .

There are two I can't do cause both involve lowering myself to the floor and getting back up. Lying on the floor on my back hurts badly and I don't do it. The two I can't do I can do in bed before I go to sleep.

Grateful for my sober lifestyle which makes my peaceful happy life possible.

Good to hear from you, Least! Way to go with your exercises!

Grateful to have taken a quick trip to Vermont this weekend to see my best friend's documentary film. It was remarkable and I'm so proud of her. Grateful to see her and her family who are like a second family to me. Grateful for my dog sitter and cat feeder who allow me to take these trips. Grateful to hear that I did not get the job I interviewed for and not be too upset about it. The right one will come. Grateful to be sober.

Grateful for grill mats, my new favorite way of grilling meats.
Grateful for the fresh zucchini and cucumbers we bought at an outdoor market, they taste so good and I think I'll make zucchini bread tonight while we're handing out candy.
