Thank you, Dee! Hi Alpine!
Grateful for a week that felt like I was making some progress in terms of making neighbor friends. Grateful for my neighborhood that I love so much. It gives me so much pleasure just to walk around it. Grateful to apply for new jobs. Grateful for a coworkers words that gave me some great perspective. Grateful to be heading into the Jewish high holy days tomorrow.

A blessed Rosh Ashana to you Autumn. (forgive my spelling)

Tonight I'm grateful for
- talking with my lovely neighbors
- using up a can of stain (makes me feel very accomplished that I have applied it all)
- finding the exact shade of Lupine that I want
-a good whodunnit on Acorn TV tonight

Good night and sleep well.

It's time to work the last baseball game of the season today. Woot! Grateful to see it come to a close so I can take some days off for Fall activities.
Grateful to get home early last night for some puppy play time.
Grateful too for my puppy alarm clock, the mornings are blessedly cool so it's best not to sleep in too much.

Good evening all. It was a long day with a long drive down from the mountains. I didn't time it well. Ugh.

However it was so very good to see my Dad. He seems well and was beyond delighted to see me. We had a long zoom call with my sisters in Alaska. Lots of good conversation and laughter. I am so very grateful for this family time.

A peaceful and good sleep to all.

Grateful I have the next two nights at home to pack for a hunting camp and get some chores done.
Grateful to spend some down time last night painting a miniature for wargaming.

That gives me a giggle that your dog doesn't like your music. I went to a shelter and looked at dogs. I think I'm going to need support in making this decision.

I had a lovely day and I'm so grateful
- for getting to take my nephew to my Dad's facility. We took Dad out in his wheelchair and walked him around the campus
-I didn't back into my sister in-law when I backed out of her driveway
-for a short bike ride
-getting a few more plants for my garden
- I found the extra set of keys for my car at my brother's

I sure do get down days but today was pretty good.

I love that dish, Astro. What sort of music are you playing? Heavy metal? Lol. I hope your dog warms up to the music 😊
BKA, very glad you had a good day
Grateful though my day started off rough ( difficulties with sonny boy), it did get better. A great work meeting that was empowering. A long run in the middle of the day. A nice talk with Mr F. The teen years sure can be tough though
Grateful Mr F got a new belt in taekwondo
Grateful for my beautiful cogs

Lol yeah I play a little bit of everything. Mostly classic rock but some metal, punk, country, my interests are pretty diverse.

The **** ganouj was delicious and I also grilled some seasoned chicken wings to have along with the veggies and pita for dipping.
Grateful for that yummy meal.
Grateful that our dog has so much spirit and energy.
Grateful to get a side job done, moving and transporting some large boxes.
Grateful for the nurse that is caring for my elderly friend, and his wife and daughter, they've always been so kind.

Lol, why is SR editing out your ****, Astro? So funny. My big dog is also not happy with my music. I like to sing him show tunes and he looks super concerned the whole time. It's hilarious.

Good to see you, Fearless!! Sending you strength to get through the teenage years!!

Thank you for the Rosh Hashanah wishes, BKA! It was a lovely holiday and I'm so grateful for my adopted Jewish family. Also grateful for Sunday morning mahjong and new connections. Grateful to apply to new jobs. Grateful for my house. Grateful to have enough money to pay my bills. Grateful for fall weather - it's my favorite!

Yeah I dunno, maybe ba-ba is a Hungarian swear word?

Grateful for tempura shrimp, easy fried rice, and a chopped salad, and even my diet app didn't mind it, my weight still dropped today. Yay!
Grateful that I am mostly packed for my road trip this weekend, although it's gonna be a quick 24 hour turnaround.
Grateful that most evenings if I'm not working I still have time for hobbies and my favorite TV show or two (bring on the Life Below Zero!)

I am greatful for a good day today. I am greatful that I got an hour alone with my partner for coffee out while our son went to cubs. I am greatful for this evenings Alanon meeting that I attended. I am greatful that I found the courage to speak my truth and be assertive in an appointment I attended today. I am greatful for the fact I have teddy fleece bedding tonight to snuggle down into as it is a cold one! I am greatful that I have SR as a platform to begin my gratitude journey, I am trying to implement gratitude on a daily basis.

Grateful for all of the new relationships I've made since I entered rehab in May and grateful to God for introducing them to me
