Grateful that I was given money in my paypal account and was able to buy wrist/ankle weights and a set of 2 lb dumbbells. Now I can follow the home exercise program I got from OT and PT. They hope I could get weights so make the exercises more for strength.
. I have the sheets of the exercises they gave me and an eager to start on my home program. My home health PT will be delighted that I am working out at home to build strength and endurance.
