Glad you made it to Paris safe Deserto. Enjoy your time there!
CBS, glad you are taking care of your health and good luck with the procedures. I’ve had my screening colonoscopy but not an endoscopy
Palmer, yup - been there with the work criticism. Good luck with your boss discussion. I’m also thinking even though I’m going through a promotion process now, I’m still going to set myself up to retire in 6 years. Maybe less now actually. Of course, that’s not something I share at work. It’s nice to be able to have the option, but continue working in some capacity if that’s what we choose. Hope you find a good trainer for your dogs
Aly, good luck again with the computer issues and hope to see you back soon I found out yesterday I need my work laptop replaced. Ugh. Grateful for IT
Thinking about you least
Grateful to spend time with sonny boy last night and doing an Amazon shopping spree together. He is studying geography on his own and is really into different countries flags and wants to order a few flag posters for his bedroom
Grateful to talk about maybe a trip to Switzerland in the next few years
Grateful for sweet rain

Palmer - That is very perplexing - the fact that it's so random. I hope it will work itself out, sorry your vet seems to think it may get worse. Thank goodness for trainers.
Fearless - How great that he's interested in geography. I am lacking in that department & need to improve. I love flags. Ooh - Switzerland - how lovely to plan that trip.
Grateful for another mild day - but soon the flip flops will be retired.
Grateful I've actually slept well 3 nights in a row.
Grateful to meet our neighbors new German Shepherd puppy. So precious.
Grateful for everyone's posts & overall hopeful attitude.

((((PJ))))
Mags, glad you able able to do the injections yourself
Numblady, I hope it’s nothing serious and your back is better soon.
Thinking of least
Grateful it’s Friday. It was been a grueling week with meetings running into nighttime. This was all related to one client in particular over big changes to their program. Things should settle down after the transition. Also grateful this is a fun positive team so the meetings aren’t all bad.
Grateful Mr F brought me a vegan brownie last night.
Grateful for ongoing rain. So amazing!
Grateful for my work out equipment at home
Grateful for weekend plans to have dinner Sat night with friends
Grateful for zoom meditation sessions my work has rolled out

Grateful to see you here PJ.
Grateful for a productive day yesterday, cleaned out the box in the garage that had an unwelcome furry "visitor", aka Mr. Rat. The neighbors had rats a couple months ago and called pest control, so I guess the creatures are checking out their other options. Ugh.
Grateful for a beautiful conversation among my zoom grief support group last night.
Grateful for rain.

Turs i am happy you are benefiting from the grief support group.
Fearless congrats on the promotion!
Alpine good to see you here again.
Palmer the college app process is so exciting. I hope it is at least and not too stressful.
NL I hope your back is better soon.
((PJ )) I am sorry you are down. I suffer from depression too. My therapist says two of the best things to do to treat it is exercise and keep busy even if you don't feel like it. I can relate though.
Mags I am glad you were able to do your own injection.
Hev I have a German Shepherd they are great dogs. And having a puppy next door is so fun you get to enjoy it without all the work. Kind of like grandchildren ;0)
Deserto I hope you are loving Paris. I went there for my 25th anniversary. It was great.

I am so grateful to be finished with my endoscopy and colonoscopy today. Doc said everything looks good but they did a few biopsies just to be sure. Should get those results in a week. Fingers crossed.
Grateful to be able to eat food today after nothing but liquids for 40 hours or so. And that liquid you have to drink for the prep is sooooo nasty.
Grateful for Friday.
Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful for all of you! <3

PJ - So glad to see you here being grateful.
CBS - I remembered you have a GS. They seem like a lovely breed.
Good to know your procedures look good - what a relief.
Grateful for today's posts & to follow what you're all up to.
Grateful for the new blinds MrH installed. The "Easily installed in 3 minutes" blinds took about 3 hrs.
Grateful every day for all of you & SR.
