Gratefulnotgrateful I woke up at around 3 a.m. and just decided to stay awake after lying there for a while.
Grateful for the silliness of our cats. Although their memories are supposedly pretty short, our little one still seems to run hopefully toward the spot where I used to feed him at least about once a day around food time.
Grateful to have the ability to work out, even if I don’t feel like doing it.
Grateful Hev is inspiring me with working her way out of debt.
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for health.
Grateful for all of you.

RZ - Grateful for your attitude.
Numb - You must be exhausted. I didn't wake up until 'late' - 5am.
Aly - I'm glad you're taking it slow as you recover.
Grateful I slept well until my early morning nightmare in which MrH was off roading & had an accident where he became airborne & crashed & burned. Was relieved to look over & see him still sleeping.
Grateful for another sunny (but hot) day.
Grateful I'm sticking to my diet. Afraid to get on the scale just yet.
Grateful for you all!

Sorry to check in so late, but I wanted to say hi to my friends.
Rusty, thoughts and prayers are with you, my friend.
Hev, T.Y. So sorry about your dream of your husband's crash! How horrible. Sending Mr. H a prayer too.
Grateful for this group.

RZ,

Grateful to see Butter Marsh.
Grateful for a light meeting load yesterday that allowed me to actually work.
Grateful my son spent some time swimming at different friends’ houses yesterday.
Grateful my daughter takes pride in packing for trips. She packed my bag for me! Or at least got me started in a meaningful way.
Grateful for my favorite house dress. I’ve had it for 20 years (and I bought it used) and the elastic is coming apart from the fabric but I will wear it until it falls all the way apart.
Grateful for this group.

NewChapter - Wonderful news about your results. You will likely ace the dissertation.
Numb - I have a few wardrobe items like that - but I fear this is their last summer. Tiny holes are forming - mending not possible.
PalmerSage - I share your enthusiasm for our morning coffee. Need to cut back on my flavored creamer though.
Grateful for more exploring today - so many waterfalls, lakes, & trails.
Grateful to know you'll always be here when I sign on.
Grateful for the knowledge that things will one day be better than ever.
Grateful for another sober day on this precious Earth.
