Grateful to have made it to the store today. I have so much anxiety around shopping. Of course, I forgot a few things. Grateful that I was able to push through it and get it done. Grateful I was able to get what we need. Still strange to see the bare aisles at the store.Grateful to have made it through today, with the help of some very kind messages from my friends and being grateful. Gratitude and knowing things pass, help so much right now.Grateful for all of you and to see you all here. I love the posts. Love, peace and health. All my love to you all.

Re: Bedtime Gratitude ~ Part 87

Grateful that I think tomorrow may be cooler than it has been, but it's been quite hot so early. Kind of worrisome with the high summer just around the corner.Grateful I just tried to relax today, but had a hard time with the anxiety still high. It never did level out much today. Grateful to see the end in sight of my gabapentin "experience". Ugh. Grateful that this too will pass. Grateful for my wonderful friends here. Grateful to remember the pause, a little late today, esp when I have strong feelings about something. The pause is really crucial to a better life, esp for me. I can be graceful at times and I can be a real hot head and that is what I need the pause for. Grateful least and Billie are still walking and inspiring me. Astro, I hope what sounds like a lovely day with your new friend was nice. Fearless and Daisy, you should post some pics of your painted rocks. They sound so beautiful. Buttermarsh, congrats on your sober time. I forget the amount of time, and I haven't figured out how to use the emojis yet, but huge congrats!! Love and peace to anyone struggling or suffering tonight. All my love to you.

With everything that's going on nowadays, I am SO GLAD I don't drink anymore. That's one huge problem I don't have to worry about.

Re: Bedtime Gratitude ~ Part 87

Astro, that sounds really nice Least, I am so grateful for the techies here too Aly, Im glad you mentioned the pause. So important for me too, especially with the way I reacted to some thugs last week. I will try to post a rock pic sometime. I forget how again. LolDaisy, thank you. I think all will be ok. Ive been married for such a long time (going on 23 years) and we have our rough patches but things are so much better from a long time ago. We communicate better for sure. Grateful to go for a hike Grateful Mr F put up the replacement parts for the trampoline. Grateful I didnt freak out when it was all done when I noticed the padding is lime green instead of the blue I ordered. Oh well, its all done now and not going to return it - too much trouble. So we have a lime green trampoline. Theres worse things in life. Lol Grateful one of my close friends has joined in the rock painting fun. Shes really good. Grateful for a long zoom call to catch up with my mom friends Grateful to go for a rollerblade. Grateful for each of you
