Grateful to look forward to the "stimulus" check. Bills are one thing that are not taking a break in the action!

Grateful to hear all the talk about re-opening the economy. I hope that we find a better balance between keeping people safe and keeping them employed.

Grateful for another day sober.

Grateful for the chance to be of service today, to my family and colleagues.

Grateful Daisy’s mention of the queue reminds me my son kept talking about being in a query. (Pretty sure he meant queue )
Grateful to be realizing that even though I have a role in the way things have gone, that doesn’t mean I have to put up with whatever the other person does.
Grateful my in-laws are ok. They’ve taken quarantine very seriously and hardly left the house pre-quarantine but they were one of the epicenters of tornado damage on Sunday night/early Monday.
Grateful i was able to make potato leek soup for the first time ever. Chose a very simple recipe and got to use up leeks I had grown and potatoes that we had lying around. So cheap and yummy!
Grateful for the lesson I’ve also learned about picking up the phone. I am so angry and hurt by one of my staff’s behavior but we are going to talk it out today now that I’ve had a day to calm down.
Grateful for a chance to do better and be better today than yesterday.
Grateful for all of you here.

Numblady - Your soup sounds great. I should make some. Have no leeks or 'taters though, at the moment.
Hope the talk with your staff member goes ok.

Grateful for the bright sun, birds flying around as if all is well with the world.
Grateful that this will all come to an end, hopefully leaving us more thankful for our ordinary lives.
Grateful to not be as impatient & edgy as I was yesterday.
Grateful for SR more than ever - a safe, sanitary place to come to & interact with some of the world's best people

Grateful to be sober and present this morning.
Grateful to be sat here with a coffee in hand, looking through the window at glorious sunshine and listening to the birds singing, you wouldn't know that the world is at odds.
Grateful for a good night's sleep, it doesn't happen often.
Grateful not to be rushing about anywhere, I could get used to that.
Grateful that my little Lulu cat hasn't brought me any dead mice for a few days.
Grateful that Mr D.B phoned his cousin's husband, his wife passed away at w.end with the virus. It's hard to know what to say to him.
Grateful that me and mine are all well.
Grateful for our wonderful N.H.S and all the key workers.
Grateful for the technology that allows us all to connect ( thanks Palmer for reminding me of that.)
Grateful to read about Numblady's soup, we have both potatoes and leeks in so guess what lunch will be today.
Grateful Aly's hair isn't looking its best right now lol ( only grateful because that means that I'm not the only one) I've bought a home colour for mine and I'm going to put it on in a short while. I've got naturally very dark hair so my grey roots really show. Wish me luck....I may be back later with green hair or something, lol.
Grateful for Courage's restraint, something that I need to practise.
Grateful for friends like Mags.
Grateful for Sunpengwn.
Grateful you're all here.
Grateful to be on this journey with you.xxx

Stay home, stay safe. xxx

Grateful for another day sober.

Grateful for restraint and tongue biting. But also grateful for times when I stand up for myself. Which I failed to do yesterday in my conversation with my staff and now I am annoyed with myself.
Grateful today is yet another day to try again to be more of the person I want to be.
Grateful I’m going to try and set up a tent in the backyard for possible campout like experience tonight before rain comes in this weekend. I threw it out offhandedly, which my daughter then immediately took to be an etched in stone plan. I told her I hadn’t committed and she just proceeded to pack several bags to take out there tonight, as though simply living as though the outcome she wants was going to happen was the answer.
Grateful, so grateful for our good fortune so far in this madness.
Grateful for coffee and my reusable single-cup filter (for the afternoons).
Grateful I can try to do better today than yesterday.
Grateful for our safe and contagion free interaction here.

Grateful for coffee!
Grateful I was able to grocery shop for my in-laws yesterday, and bake my FIL's favorite cookies.
Grateful that I had closure with my supervisor at my current job, she had some very kind words for me and it's so comforting to leave on positive terms.
Grateful that the sun is shining again!
Grateful that restaurants are offering takeout, last night it was Thai.
Grateful that I don't have to try to fit in "real" clothes right now!
Grateful that I am continuing to exercise.
Grateful to be sitting in my bed instead of in traffic.
Grateful that my family remains healthy, safe, and financially secure.
Grateful for SR and the fact that I am sober!

Grateful for learning to forego my selfish needs in favour of common peace. I do not have to send that text, share that video, make that retort, force that hand. Sometimes all I have to do is sit down and shut up, lol.

Grateful for sobriety and for grace.
