Hi Rusty

Glad to be back Numblady, I could do with more hours in my day. How exciting, a trip to Ireland and Scotland, now that's something to look forward to. I've been to Dublin but never to Scotland. x

Fearless & Aly, I missed you both xx

Grateful to wake up again with no wine induced headache or guilt.
Grateful that though we overslept a little, we still made it to school on time.
Grateful to meet an old friend for coffee this morning, she used to be a drinking friend and I haven't seen her for years so I was very sceptical about meeting her, however it was just for coffee and it was good to catch up.
Grateful to get birthday cards for my lovely daughter and my brother who share the same b.day on Thursday.
Grateful the sun is out now after a very cold and icy start to the day.
Grateful to sit down for half an hour with a cup of tea.
Grateful the other nan is doing the school pick up and dropping g.son to me.
Grateful to have dinner organised for later.
Grateful for a cup of tea,
Grateful for each and everyone of you. xx

I'd be really grateful if Jack's problem would go away...

I like the 'hugbot'.

Fearless - I didn't think having caffeine with dinner would cause me to lie awake hours later - but maybe I need to follow your example.
Grateful to Dr. MLK for bettering the world with his presence. Progress is slow, but steady.
Grateful the snow has stopped. Still waiting for 'the big one' - we know it's out there.
Grateful for scented candles in this stale smelling house (need to open some windows, but not when it's below zero).
Grateful for deer coming to munch on the hedges.
Grateful we're closer than we've ever been to spring.

Grateful for hugbots!
Grateful Daisy is back and I hope well.
Grateful for Rusty and his awesome attitude (I was trying to think of something less cliche, but that's all I could think of, because it's so true!)!
Grateful to be sober.
Grateful I'm doing laundry because it will be done in a while.
Grateful for trying to let go of hurts and resentments. Sometimes it's so hard, but grateful I learned a hard lesson that it's not always best to insist on being right as it is to be kind.

Grateful to see Buttermarsh
Grateful to be taking action on getting unstuck in my life.
Grateful coffee doesn’t seem to impact my sleep — though the multiple night time wake ups I had last night thanks to my daughter sure did!
Grateful we live in an era of podcasts. They’re not usually my thing (like listening to music if I’m in the car) but when you find a good one it’s pretty cool. Like you get to have a conversation with amazing speakers and people but you’re just sitting there in your regular life.
Grateful to be working from home a little before heading to the capitol.
Grateful to cruise through here, if only briefly.

Grateful for the grat pack!
Grateful for my loving husband.
Grateful for my home.
Grateful for my education and the opportunities with which I've been blessed.

Grateful NL has booked an awesome vacation to Ireland and Scotland - amazing! I've had the good fortune of visiting both places and they are really beautiful. I would highly recommend the ring of Kerry and Glendalough in Ireland for some spectacular natural countryside. Edinburgh in Scotland is also a pretty cool city.
Grateful FBL feels comfortable in his own skin, something truly wonderful and not always that easy.
Grateful for Fearless' 'Hugbot' - so sweet! I hope your client meeting went well.
Grateful RZ is part of the solution, and this SR family.
Grateful to have Daisy back An early happy birthday to your daughter and brother!
Grateful for Least.
Grateful for the beautiful image of deer munching on hedges at Hevyn's house. We get a lot of deer up at the stables and they are so beautiful to watch.
Grateful to feel inspired by Aly's self-development and pledge to be kind and let go of resentments.
Grateful for Mags kind response
Grateful that Buttermarsh has joined us - welcome!

Have a wonderful day everyone

Hev, I shudder at the thought of caffeine with dinner. Lol. Numblady, so lucky caffeine does not affect your sleep
Glad you are feeling human again, Mags
Grateful for least and Billie
Grateful Aly is being strong and sticking to boundaries
Grateful for RZ and NCJ always upbeat attitudes
Happy birthday to Daisy’s daughter and brother!
Thinking of Rose and Courage and hope they are well!

Grateful for a better night sleep and no middle of the night waking
Grateful to calm sonny boy down when he found a spider in his room. I did not feel calm but had to pretend
Grateful that if I ever feel alone, like a little bit now, I am never truly alone especially when I come here
Grateful to appreciate what I have instead of want what I don’t have
Grateful to have control over my actions, choices and attitude, and my sobriety. It is empowering!
Grateful to start up taco Tuesday again. I’m going to think up a new and creative taco recipe every time. At least that’s my goal. Maybe even sonny boy will try!
Grateful for each of you

Grateful for a nice holiday weekend in Arizona with the girlfriend.

Henry has really taken to his steps, Hevyn and Rose! I only had to coax him up once on a leash, and since then he's been a high-stepping' fool, just like his papa.

Grateful for a four day workweek.

Deserto - I'm so happy Henry has agreed to utilize the steps!
Zip - That sounds delicious. Sauce not gravy?
ButterMarsh - Very glad to see you here.
Aly - Letting go of resentment & hurt is something I still work on. I'll think I've talked myself out of dwelling on them & then things from the past will pop back into my head out of nowhere. It's harmful & we need to stop.
Grateful that though it's late, I have a minute to stop by.
Grateful for optimism - even though I have to work hard on it sometimes.

Grateful for a good night's sleep.
Grateful for a new day and a chance to do my best.
Grateful to have submitted my draft literature review to my supervisor.
Grateful to be sober.
Grateful for all of you

Grateful RZ got to enjoy some good bolognese!

Grateful Deserto is enjoying quality time with the girlfriend! And that Henry has taken to his new steps, what a clever boy.
Grateful Aly is strong enough to say when she feels sad, and has come here for support. Sending a huge hug and hoping that you feel better soon.
Grateful for Hevyn's post.
Grateful Anaya has supportive bosses, it can make all the difference.

Take care, all.

Aly, hugs to you. I worry for you with as bad as you have felt physically and the exhaustion and sadness. Big hugs!
RZ, yum. Was it homemade by you?

Grateful for a reserved parking spot. Parking is a real nightmare at my office for most people. I feel like I earn my spot but still, also very lucky to have it.
Grateful for my health and the health of my children.
Grateful I had a relatively easy, enjoyable night solo with the kids last night. I was beginning to think it wasn’t possible.
Grateful to be ready to make some positive changes in the near future.
Grateful to be seeing some work friends tonight instead of just working. One of them is a heavy drinker but she routinely goes on and off Whole 30 so since she’s on, and the other one is a definite normie, I won’t feel like an odd duck. Actually they’ve both always been super understanding and non-impacted by it. Which I am grateful for too!
Grateful for coffee, at whatever hour it works for us to drink it
Grateful for another day to be kind, to be of service, and to not be a victim of circumstance. Love you all!
