Grateful to be watching the Kentucky Derby. Haven't missed one since I was very, very small. I love horses.
Grateful that after much thought and practice, detachment is serving me well with my family. Grateful to realize how toxic they are and to protect myself from it. It's hard when it's your immediate family, as a lot of us well know.
