Good for you Aly in accepting that you weren't happy with 'that' doctor, you have to do what's right for you and your health, you need a doctor that you are comfortable with and can put your trust in. You'll find the right one. xx

Grateful for a sober weekend and to be going to bed sober once I've finished posting.
Grateful for my beloved dad though he's no longer in this world, words can not say how much I miss him, but I thank him for the unconditional love he gave me and for being such an amazing dad to me and my brothers.
Grateful for a telephone conversation with my mum.
Grateful Mr DB's daughter came to visit with a father's day gift for him.
Grateful Lulu cat is in for the night.
Grateful for the loving and compassionate friends I've made here.
