Grateful to be back here
Grateful to have my son home from his weekend away
Grateful my husband is supporting me getting sober by not drinking for a while.
Grateful to have got housework and outdoor work done today
Grateful to be in bed writing this sober.

Grateful I got some errands done for my mom and myself today.
Grateful I have an appt in a couple of weeks with a back surgeon. My back is so messed up from starting young, high strung horses for so many years for dressage and jumping and getting bucked off. I have fractures, herniated and torn discs and a tumor on my lumbar region. I hope he can help me because I've been in a lot of pain lately.
Grateful for a nice, cool day with the sun shining brightly.

Grateful to be ending the day sober.
Grateful to be able to log onto S.R at last, I've not been able to today and it unsettles me somewhat
Grateful my little Lulu cat has just sauntered in and I can lock the back door for the night.
Grateful for a fairly quiet day.
Grateful to be able to help my pregnant step granddaughter by looking after her 2 little ones this evening.
Grateful to have food in my cupboards and running hot water.
Grateful for clean clothes.
Grateful RAL has joined us here.
Grateful Aly has an appt with a back surgeon in a couple of weeks and I'll be grateful to pray that he can help her.
Grateful for all you people here and grateful to read your uplifting posts. xx

Grateful for a hot bath, scented candles, warm PJs and orange spice tea
Grateful for castor oil packs and heating pad.
Grateful I am going to bed earlier tonight and not letting my husband talk me into Netflix or HBO

Grateful my husband had today off work.
Grateful to have lunch with him in a little Italian restaurant, grateful we both had coffee afterwards.
Grateful to do the school runs safely, grateful the traffic was quiet.
Grateful my mum enjoyed her choir practise.
Grateful Lulu cat is in for the night.
Grateful to be walking the walk with you all.
