I love that story about rollercoasters, Daisy! Btw, I had an audio gram a few months ago and have 25% hearing loss . Fortunately, hearing aids are stylish nowadays. I have yet to get them. Probably next year.
Grateful to catch-up on Ozark with my husband. Such a good series!
Grateful to plant some flowers in the garden
Grateful for the birds singing, the sound of the wind and the chimes, and to sit on the front porch
Grateful for all of you

Definitely binge-worthy, and I can usually relate to the predicaments the characters get themselves into!

Grateful to have made it through a long shift at work yesterday without any serious incidents.

Thank you Fearless!

Grateful for the Grat pack.

I echo Aly's sentiments: peace and love to anyone who is struggling or suffering this evening.

To echo something from another thread,
"This is a really nice night to go to bed sober."

Grateful to be ending another day sober.
Grateful to have managed to stay awake to post tonight, unlike last night when I couldn't keep my eyes open.
Grateful for better weather than was forecast, the sun shone.
Grateful to get some plants for the garden.
Grateful to get 2 fence panels painted.
Grateful to remember 'the pause' this evening.
Grateful to be be sharing my journey with you all.

Pause before judging.
Pause before assuming.
Pause before accusing.
Pause whenever you're about to react harshly
and you'll avoid doing and saying things you'll later regret. xx

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xx

Grateful to think about the pause
Grateful for sunny but cooler weather
Grateful to get most things on my to do list done
Grateful to reorganize some things in the office
Grateful to resolve an insurance bill and be nice to the customer service person
Grateful to have a long conversation with my son that turned out well. I found an article about where anger comes from and realized a lot of my son’s anger is subconsciously misdirected fear, worry or anxiety. When this became clear to him, he melted in my arms. Grateful to be able to show compassion instead of mirroring an angry reaction
Grateful to be able to come here and express myself and gratitude

Grateful for an evening rainshower, and not too much of a mess from the wind.

Grateful to get my "have tos" out of the way fairly early.
Grateful for a lovely day and a nice walk with Luke after I got through and past a particularly disturbing episode of anxiety this morning. My nemesis. Grateful I have a good psychiatrist who helps me with this.
Grateful for all of you and always grateful for your grats and for your being here. ♥♥♥
