Grateful I think maybe my house is sold, will find out this Friday if it actually goes through
Grateful this is my last flight back-and-forth to Milwaukee for a while
Grateful to feel all of the sad and anxiety emotions I’ve had this last two weeks without being numb to alcohol
Grateful to have a lazy day with my sister yesterday on her hay farm in Michigan
Grateful she loves my dog and treats her well
Grateful that I was given an extension at work to have buddy car
Grateful like it one night sleep or two before I’m on call again at work
Grateful my landlady offered to pick me up from the airport
Grateful to be back in the GRATEFUL THREADS❤️

Grateful that Astro's presentations went. It may be nerve racking but it will be rewarding.
Grateful that Aly is seeing the best Ortho Surgeon tomorrow. (I wish you well and will be thinking of you tomorrow.)
Grateful for a nice sunny day and the smell of fresh cut grass.
Grateful for Steph Curry's attitude. (Not a Warriors fan but I've always liked Curry.)
Grateful that my sleep seems to be getting better.

Grateful for my health insurance and my privilege that allows me access to it
Grateful for SR and sobriety. Been super emotional lately and keep thinking how incredible it is that a place like this exists and I managed to find it.

Grateful to see Free! So great to see you and hear you are doing well!
Grateful that a long day has come to an end and a huge weight has been lifted. Grateful for a good meeting with son’s teacher team and to make some educational decisions moving forward. Grateful my son is happy, or at least satisfied for now, with the outcome
Grateful for pizza, cupcake and ice cream. This is so not how I normally eat. But I really just felt like it tonight, sort of out of celebration or relief over how the meeting went. Grateful it wasn’t a binge or anything close to it and that it wasn’t alcohol (because I don’t drink anymore
)
Grateful to be getting back on the health wagon tomorrow
Grateful for some fun end of year school stuff planned
Grateful for everyone here!

Today I'm actually grateful for exhaustion because it allowed me 5 hours of solid sleep, and I'm grateful that I'll have an evening free tomorrow after another double shift today.

Grateful for my second opinion with a doctor I mostly like, not sure if I like his treatment protocol, we'll see.
Grateful I can feel my frustration, analyze it, and I'll be able to verbalize at my next appt if things aren't going well. When I was drinking I was lucky to even make it to an appt.
Grateful for my nice walk with Luke, my big, handsome, kind German Shedder, and boy is he shedding now, his winter coat. Nature is so cool. It's the longer days that make them shed.
Grateful for all of you, so much and wishing you all a peaceful, sober evening. ♥♥♥

I'm sorry you're not 100% positive about your doctor's treatment protocol Aly, hopefully it will work out and if not I know you will challenge it.

I'm grateful that I got kitten kisses today. Full on!

Grateful my diy manicure is holding up 3 days in thanks to trying a new brand

Grateful that I am six days away to my one year anniversary
Grateful that my landlady picked me up from the airport, saving me $20 in taxi fees
Grateful that I was back to work today
Grateful that I finally have a good patient case after three bad ones today
Grateful that I have a great view from the place I’m renting
Grateful that maybe I’ll close my house this Friday
Grateful to be in bed

Astro, I struggle with anxiety as well. So sending prayers your way. Anxiety is difficult to deal with often. I'm glad you've found a way to manage it!
Grateful for my new crown at the dentist. Grateful to my mom for helping me to pay for it. I have to get another one next month. Grateful my dentist office is really cool and the people are so nice that it makes it a little easier.
