1. Pre sliced veg when i cant be bothered to do it myself and i want to be kind to myself

1. Swimming then meditation. Feel good.

Haven't been on this thread in awhile- dancook, your lists are interesting!

I'd have to say 1, I get to go back to work tonight after being sick and 2, my boyfriend is getting me shortly for our weekly lunch/AA mtg date.

haha thanks. im glad you find tem interesting! i look back at my lists and think im a bit wierd ! probably in good company i need to get back to aa, probably a bit complacent atm...

1. Was a nice mild night as i walked back from rachels. Breeze blowing dead leaves off trees.
2. Tried on my vampire costume for halloween, kids liked it
3. Getting addicted to tetris instead of alcohol
4. comfort and happyness
5. taking a nap when things gets too much

1.Grateful i am not alone in that everyone feels injustice; a perfect, fair world is just a dream, better to let go and build better life and connections
2. My parents aren't the giant pillars i built them up to be when i was younger, they are regular, flawed humans.
3. Mindful movement frees me from muscle pains
4. I am coping with anxiety much more constructively

Grateful:
1. I have faith that im on a journey to something much greater; the hardships and misfortunes will make sense one day and it will have been worth it.
2. that my brother is moving out. While im sad we find it hard to get on in the same house, it will be easier to visit him once in a while in his new one and each have our own space.
3. im reading a bit more. not much, but more which is good.
4. rachel is coming to the pub with me tomorrow night

1. 99% of things i read on internet is misunderstood hearsay. i read some more today, acknowledged the anxiety, recognised it is not serving me and moved on. I didnt attack myself.
2. Theres open mic tonight i can go to if i like
3. I dont want to survive on my own anymore and welcome support from anyone.
4. I let go of the past and accept ive had some difficult times.
5. I congratulate myself on doing the best i can today and can do no more.

While I worry about trump's temperament as the world's most powerful man, and sanders would have been a more appropriate solution, i am grateful to see those that have been screwed over by politicians, and wealthy elites, have been heard and feel they have some justice.
