Grateful some stomach and throat problems have been resolved.
Grateful for a bright, sunny, windy, and colorful fall day.
Grateful I made a decision to do another 4th step inventory.
Grateful for the SR threads about the 12 steps.

Following a rather difficult week...so, my new start today...
I am grateful for:
I am grateful for:
- Remembering this thread after a well over a year absence...and SR in general
- My two daughters and the fine young women they are becoming
- The ability to fight this struggle as a we vs just I
- Last nights AA meeting and topic (and that they forgot any sweets, been hitting the sweets way to hard for about a month now)
- The resolve and desire to give myself a break and live in today, just for today
- Another day of freedom from the obsession to drink
- Slight progress at understanding and change in my alcoholic thinking
