Grateful for silence.

Grateful for a peaceful morning.
Grateful when my husband said something rude, I spoke up instead of staying quiet to keep the peace and then holding resentment.
Grateful that he simply said you're right, I'm sorry.

Grateful for good friends.

Warm, wonderful showers.... feels so good!

Grateful to be up early and hitting the books on a Sunday morning!
Well, grateful to be able to, anyway!!! LOL.

Grateful that 6 days in to a medication dosage reduction i'm running well and thus far has not been anywhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be :)

Grateful for a beautiful spring morning and
grateful for the long walk I just took along the beach cycleway.
Grateful that I've realised I've been subbing with too many sweets.

Grateful for 598 continuous sober days and all it has taught me and all the strength it provides. Grateful to rebuild my life on a sober foundation.

Grateful to be up very early on a Sunday morning and just being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of my own company.

grateful for fall at the flea

Grateful to try and become a morning person. Because fhe sunrises are pretty and I have to leave an hour earlier for work. Lol Grateful for peace and quiet.

Grateful that this move will force me to deal with other aspects of my life, like a change in career and a sober social life.

Grateful I'm more excited then scared.

Grateful for another day sober.

Grateful that my husband volunteered to help w/a problem.

Gratefkul that every hour that I stay sober puts the years of active alcoholism further behind me.

Grateful for changes in me.

Grateful for the nicer weather and being able to breathe outside!

Grateful for meeting my sponsor later today.

Grateful to wake up sober on my birthday and the smashing array of red velvet cupcakes in the fridge courtesy of my lovely housemate ;) :)

Grateful I get to see all the women in my family today for lunch

Grateful for the chat I had with my sponsor last night-I love that we spend quiteva bit of time talking about baking and reading, as well as the program :)
