Grateful for a peaceful morning.
Grateful when my husband said something rude, I spoke up instead of staying quiet to keep the peace and then holding resentment.

Grateful that the sun is shining 
Grateful i'm feeling better upstairs than I have done for a week
Grateful for an early birthday brunch with an old friend
Grateful for my sponsor and fellow recovering alkies
Grateful that 6 days in to a medication dosage reduction i'm running well and thus far has not been anywhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be

Grateful to try and become a morning person. Because fhe sunrises are pretty and I have to leave an hour earlier for work. Lol Grateful for peace and quiet.
Grateful that this move will force me to deal with other aspects of my life, like a change in career and a sober social life.
Grateful I'm more excited then scared.

Grateful to wake up sober on my birthday and the smashing array of red velvet cupcakes in the fridge courtesy of my lovely housemate
Grateful I get to see all the women in my family today for lunch
Grateful for the chat I had with my sponsor last night-I love that we spend quiteva bit of time talking about baking and reading, as well as the program
